On Friday the 2nd of November our two Stage 5 Commerce classes operated Food Stalls as part of their ‘Running a Business’ unit.
Lots of great planning went into the event. Groups conducted market research to determine the types of products that their business would offer (including flavours, sizing etc.). They
also submitted a loan application that included input costing, budgets, marketing strategies and projections.
In total, we had 16 different stalls operating over lunch. Despite the intense heat, it was a raging success with over $1000 raised for Forever Projects! Thanks to all the parents and students who got on board!
