The Premier’s Reading Challenge (PRC) is available for all NSW students in Kindergarten to Year 9 and aims to encourage a love of reading for leisure and pleasure in students, and to enable them to experience quality literature. It is not a competition but a challenge to each student to read, to read more and to read more widely.
The 2019 challenge will open on March 4, 2019, however students can keep a record of books they are reading now to include on their 2019 reading records when online reading records open. PRC student reading records will need to be finalised by August 30, 2019.
The PRC website has links to booklists and a reading log you can download OR you can see one of the Library staff members for a copy.
