How to Apply

Our super smooth process

Ready to take the next step? Just want to know what's involved before deciding? We have an easy and streamlined enrolment process from start to finish. If you've already decided, we look forward to welcoming you!
How to Apply

Online and on-time.

Our enrolment process from first enquiry to acceptance of a place is entirely online. You can check your status at any time.

If at any time you have questions about your enrolment application, please don't hesitate to speak to our Registrar.

You can access and keep track of all information about the progress of your application through your Parent Dashboard, which is created when you first make an enquiry about our School, or start an application for enrolment.

The School is no longer accepting applications for Prep or Year 7, 2025. To enquire specifically about these entry points you may register your interest here.

Step 1: Submit an application

Our main entry years are Prep (aged 3 or 4), Kindergarten and Year 7. Places in other years may be available and are offered as vacancies arise. Please note that due to demand for places, the submission of an enrolment application should not be considered a guarantee of a place at the School. A non-refundable administration fee of $50 applies to each application.

Prior to submitting your application, you should:

  • Read the Conditions of Enrolment and Statement of Faith
  • Book a tour of the School, where you can see us in action!

Step 2: Come for an interview

Parents enrolling their first child at the school will be interviewed by the Principal. The purpose of the interview is to give parents an opportunity to find out more about the School, its philosophy of education and its organisational structure. Children are not required to attend the interview.

Step 3: Student assessment

The student assessment is undertaken at the School using standardised tests.

The purpose of the assessment is to determine what, if any, adjustments need to be made to support your child's enrolment. In exceptional circumstances an assessment may affect the offer of enrolment. In this situation, an opportunity to meet with the Principal to discuss the assessment would be provided.

Step 4: Letter of offer

Offers for available places are made following interviews and assessments. Families have 14 days to accept an open offer after it is made. A $500 acceptance fee is payable per family upon acceptance of the offer. This fee is refundable upon the last sibling leaving the School, subject to finalisation of the school fee account.

Your enrolment, once accepted, will be confirmed by the School in writing. We will keep you informed of Orientation events and provide you with relevant information prior to the commencement of your time with us.

Waiting list

If there are no vacancies in the desired class, the student will be placed on a waiting list. With the parents' consent, we will carry the application forward to future years until a place becomes available. If you need to change your details at any time during this period, you can make changes and further enquiries at any time through your Parent Dashboard.

Our waiting list is divided into priority groups. Priority is given to:

  • Parents who are members of the School Association. Membership of the Association is open to people whether they have children enrolled at the School or not.
  • Christians who regularly attend a local church, affirm the School's Statement of Faith, and provide a reference from the minister of their church.
  • Families who already have children enrolled at the school.
  • Alumni.

Within this framework, places are allocated in order of receipt of application, so we encourage all parents to apply for enrolment as far ahead of the student's starting date as possible.

Please note:

  • Students may not commence Prep until they have turned 3 years old.
  • Students enrolling in Kindergarten must turn 5 by 30 April in the year they start school.
  • Students enrolling in Year 1 must turn 6 by 30 April.
  • There is no minimum age requirement for other classes.

Overseas students

Overseas students must provide the School with an eligible visa to maintain enrolment. The School is not registered to accept all student visas. Please enquire with the Registrar regarding your eligibility.
